MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers today announced that Owen Piotrowski will be appointed to the Milwaukee Circuit Court – Branch 31.
Gov. Evers had previously announced Piotrowski, an assistant district attorney in Milwaukee, would be appointed to Branch 38 of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court due to Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner’s retirement, which is set for mid-March. A cop...
