(Fond du Lac, WI) – Sheriffs and District Attorneys from all eleven counties join statewide FOP in backing Grothman’s re-election

Congressman Glenn Grothman (R-WI) today announced the endorsement of a law enforcement coalition from across Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District. The coalition includes the State Lodge of the Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police, ten county sheriffs and four district attorneys.

“Our sheriffs, district attorneys, and police officers keep our communities safe every day, and I’m honored to have their support. I’ll keep working to make sure law enforcement has the resources and backing they need to protect families across the 6th District,” said Grothman.

The Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police represents more than 3,700 officers in communities across the state.

“The State Lodge of the Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police represents the interests of more than 3,700 officers throughout communities across Wisconsin and we are proud to join our law enforcement partner Sheriffs and District Attorneys in support of Congressman Grothman in his bid for re-election to Wisconsin’s 6th District,” said Mark Sette, President of the Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police.

“Congressman Glenn Grothman is a strong supporter of law enforcement, especially those that have made the ultimate sacrifice. Glenn was instrumental in the renaming of the Kiel Post Office in honor of Trooper Trevor Casper, who gave his life protecting others and saved lives. Trevor’s courage and selflessness must never be forgotten. Congressman Grothman’s efforts reflect the importance of honoring our fallen heroes and standing behind the men and women who risk their lives to protect our communities.” – Eric Toney
