March 2026 – Spano Pratt Executive Search is pleased to announce Christine Loose as the new Executive Director for Milwaukee Women, Inc. (MWi). Loose will start in mid-April.
Loose is a seasoned executive leader with experience spanning hospitality, higher education, and nonprofit management. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lakeland University and Executive Director of the Lakeshore College Foundation, she led relationship-driven growth, raised significant philanthropic support, and partnered closely with boards and community stakeholders to advance mission and impact.
Loose stated that she is drawn to MWi because her core values and goals match those of MWi, notably strategy development and execution, mentoring and coaching other for success, and building relationships that uplift the community. She shared the John F. Kennedy phrase, “a rising tide lifts all boats,” which she feels represents her philosophy on developing women. Loose added, “I believe that if we support, mentor, and open doors for women, we will unlock unimaginable potential and talent.”
MWi’s Board Chair, Kristin Dufek, noted, “We are thrilled to have Christine Loose join our team. She brings the perfect mix of strategic vision and operational and financial management combined with fundraising and stakeholder engagement experience.” Dufek added, “her skillset will allow MWi to flourish and give back even more to supporting women in our community.”
