MILWAUKEE (August 11, 2026) – Mount Mary University announced two recent leadership promotions, effective August 2026. Alexander Patterson, M.S. will serve as Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing Communications, and Brooke McArdle, M.A. will become Deputy Chief of Staff.
Patterson previously served as Vice President for Enrollment at Northland College in Ashland, Wis., as well as Director of Undergraduate Admissions and later Interim Vice President for Enrollment Services at Mount Mary University. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Northland College and a Master of Science from Walden University.
McArdle began her career at Mount Mary assisting operations for the Office of the President and Board of Trustees. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and a Master of Arts from New York University.
Mount Mary University President Dr. Isabelle Cherney shared that she is thrilled to elevate the two, lauding their vision, expertise and commitment to the university mission.
