MADISON, Wis. — On January 30th, the Department of Justice released roughly three million pages of the Epstein Files, over a month after the December 19th deadline and falling short of the full six million pages required under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Representative Udell (D-47th District) released the following statement:

“Federal law mandates the Epstein Files’ full release with narrow redactions made solely to protect the victims. Instead, Pam Bondi’s Justice Department published names, identifying information, and explicit images of trafficked victims, and redacted the names of perpetrators.

“Despite these redactions, Donald Trump appears in the files over 38,000 times, including in sworn testimony and FBI tips accusing him and other elites of heinous violence against children and women. Under Trump, all ongoing investigations into Epstein’s network have been closed.

“The reality of our current government is nauseating. Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel must be removed and prosecuted for breaking the law under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and the full files must be released with every perpetrator’s name revealed.”
