Sara Rodriguez, in an ad the day before she dropped out of the Dem primary for governor, vowed to take on the insurance companies, protect abortion rights, and stand up to Donald Trump and ICE.
AdImpact had tracked nearly $102,000 on broadcast TV in the Milwaukee market.
In the ad, Rodriguez walks through a hospital as she says being an ER nurse means being “part of some tough conversations” such as whether families pay their insurance bill or their mortgage and “whether ICE will be waiting outside.”
Rodriguez, a former lawmaker, previously worked as an ER nurse and hospital administrator.
