Sen. Drake: Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus demand Black History Month resolution to be scheduled

MILWAUKEE - Today, members of the Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus gathered to demand their Black History Month Resolution to be scheduled on the floor for debate.
