Fond du Lac, WI– State Senator Dan Feyen issued the following statement in response to Representative Rob Brooks’ announcement of his retirement from the Wisconsin State Assembly:

“Rob Brooks has been a dedicated public servant who has spent decades working to improve the lives of the people he represents. From his leadership at the county level to his time in the State Assembly, Rob has consistently demonstrated integrity, strong values, and a commitment to doing what’s right for Wisconsin.

“It has been a privilege to work alongside Rob on a number of important initiatives. Most notably, we partnered on legislation that will help ensure the Milwaukee Brewers remain in Wisconsin for the next generation—an effort that will benefit our state’s economy, culture, and future.

“Rob’s deep understanding of his community and his willingness to listen and lead will be missed in Madison. His legacy of service, dedication, and results will leave a lasting impact.

“I wish Rob and his family all the best in this next chapter. Wisconsin is stronger because of his service.”
