GOP U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil went up with his first TV ad in the campaign, featuring his grandmother, mother and wife praising his work ethic.
Steil’s campaign didn’t release details of the buy. AdImpact has tracked $2.6 million in reservations from yesterday through the November election. Steil, a Republican from Janesville, faces Dem emergency room nurse Mitchell Berman in November to represent southeastern Wisconsin’s 1st District.
In the ad, the congressman’s grandmother and mother introduce themselves as “Mrs. Steil,” while his wife says she’s “the new Mrs. Steil.”
“Brian is always working to reduce taxes, lower prices, and protect Social Security,” his wife says.
