MADISON, Wis. – Today, Representative Shelia Stubbs (D-Madison) announced that she will seek re-election to the 78th Assembly District. Representative Stubbs was first elected to the State Assembly in 2018 and currently serves on the Assembly Committees on Corrections, Energy and Utilities, and Health, Aging and Long-Term Care. She released the following statement:
“I am excited to announce that I will be seeking re-election to the 78th Assembly District. It is an honor to serve my constituents in South and East Madison, the City of Monona, the Village of McFarland, and the Town of Blooming Grove, and I look forward to connecting with neighbors throughout my district on how to best advance our shared priorities in the State Legislature.
