Madison, Wisconsin (January 21, 2026) – The Wisconsin Supreme Court is committed to maintaining public access to its proceedings. To support transparency, the Court will provide a livestream of oral arguments scheduled for February 10 and February 11 on the Wisconsin Court System’s website.

Many members of the public have relied on WisconsinEye’s coverage to follow the work of the Court. With WisconsinEye currently off the air, the Court is taking this step to ensure the public is able to continue to observe the critical work of the state’s highest court.

“Transparency is fundamental to the rule of law and to public confidence in our courts,” Chief Justice Jill Karofsky said. “We are committed to ensuring that people across Wisconsin can continue to see the judicial process firsthand and understand the work of their Supreme Court.”

Audio access to Supreme Court proceedings will also continue without interruption. Audio recordings of oral arguments have been publicly available since 1997 and will remain available for all cases on the Wisconsin Court System’s website.

The Court appreciates ongoing efforts to support continued public access to government proceedings.

Information about accessing the livestream will be posted on the Wisconsin Court System’s homepage in advance of the February arguments.
