Tech college system seeking $168M funding boost to address workforce shortages

The Wisconsin Technical College System is requesting an additional $168 million in state funding in part to help address “urgent workforce shortages.” The Wisconsin Technical College Board this week approved the request, which would be a 5.4% increase in state aid.
