WAUSAU, WI – Yesterday, David Crowley admitted he has no plan to pay for his massive government spending. When asked, Crowley went on an unhinged rant about “peeing.”
We all know what Crowley means when he won’t say who will pay for something: he’ll raise your taxes and take more of your hard-earned money to fund his agenda, just like he’s done in the past.
Crowley has raised taxes every year he has been Milwaukee County Executive, and his own Budget Office is requesting a staggering 26% tax increase for 2027.
Yet the county is still projected to face a deficit of more than $50 million next year, the largest of any county in Wisconsin. That’s not just bad management. That’s staggering incompetence.
“If it’s a day that ends in ‘y,’ David Crowley is looking for a way to raise your taxes. Don’t fall for his false promises. There’s one thing Wisconsinites can count on David Crowley to deliver: higher taxes to fund his far-left agenda. My priority as governor will be making Wisconsin more affordable. I’ll return the state surplus to taxpayers, lower property taxes, and cut income taxes by 10% for working families. Crowley wants more of your money. I want you to keep more of it,” said Tom Tiffany.
