FOND DU LAC, WI – Just last week, Eric Toney’s campaign for Attorney General announced both a record fundraising haul and endorsements from more than half of Wisconsin’s sheriffs.

Record-Breaking Fundraising
- Toney raised $450,000 since launching his campaign in October, the largest amount ever raised by a non-incumbent Wisconsin Attorney General candidate in their first fundraising period.
- Toney outraised incumbent Josh Kaul by $160,000 in this reporting period.
- Josh Kaul has raised $400,000 less than he had at this same point in his 2022 campaign, and has $383,000 less in cash on hand.
Endorsements from 44 Wisconsin Sheriffs
- Toney announced endorsements from a bipartisan list of 44 current and former Wisconsin sheriffs from all across the state.
- 39 of those endorsements are from current officeholders, representing more than half (54%) of all sitting Wisconsin sheriffs.
