LA CROSSE, WI. – It’s Election Day in Wisconsin, and Rebecca Cooke is asking voters for their support while keeping her financial disclosures under wraps.

Last cycle, Cooke’s disclosures revealed waterfront properties and thousands of dollars in political consulting income, details that didn’t exactly match her “struggling waitress” sob story.

This year, she’s asking Wisconsinites to vote for her without seeing her financial disclosures. Cooke’s latest disclosures won’t be due until TWO DAYS AFTER voters cast their ballots.
