(MILWAUKEE, WI) — Wisconsin AFL-CIO President Stephanie Bloomingdale issued the following statement in response to today’s Court of Appeals District 2 ruling on Act 10:

“Every Wisconsin worker has the right to collectively bargain together with their employer over issues such as wages, workplace safety, benefits and more. Today’s decision from the conservative-leaning Second District Court of Appeals is not surprising and Wisconsin workers remain optimistic as the case makes its way through our judicial process. Workers continue to stand together in solidarity to call for the full restoration of union rights and freedoms for all workers in our state.”
