The union plaintiffs in the case to restore collective bargaining rights to Wisconsin public service workers have released this statement in response to a ruling by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals District II:
“We remain confident in the merits of our case, and that the original Circuit Court’s ruling in our favor will be affirmed. We are considering all options available.
“Wisconsin is better when all employees have a say in our workplaces, whether about class sizes in our schools, safety on the job, hours or any other number of areas. Public service workers across the state won’t stop until we regain free, fair and full collective bargaining rights to negotiate with our employers.”
