Wisconsin Emergency Management: SEOC update 2: Final SEOC update on March winter storms

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) is continuing to support and coordinate the response to a winter storm that began on March 14. The SEOC was elevated to Level 3 on March 15 and will revert to Level 4 at 7 p.m. March 16 due to the diminishing effects of the storm.
