MADISON, Wis. — Today, when the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel asked Tom Tiffany why he voted to continue the war with Iran despite knowing it is driving up costs and just hours after admitting his constituents were complaining to him about gas prices, a Tiffany spokesperson said: “I think most Americans agree that it’s reasonable to want things to start winding down in Iran, while also recognizing that it is unreasonable to undermine the president’s role as Commander in Chief.
