MADISON, Wis. – In what’s becoming a disturbing pattern in Milwaukee County, another inmate has used a tablet provided by Democrat County Executive David Crowley to threaten a victim from jail. The inmate in question is currently facing charges for domestic abuse and sent alarming threats while behind bars using a tablet.

In recent months, there have been numerous disturbing cases of inmates using tablets from county jails to threaten civilians and victims and even access pornography. Despite this, Crowley refuses to commit to ending the program.

“David Crowley’s reckless decision to give tablets to inmates has directly put the people of our state’s largest county in danger. This program should’ve never been allowed in the first place, and now, even after victims continue to be threatened, he won’t commit to ending it. It’s never been clearer: If Crowley becomes Governor, our communities will not be safe,” said WisGOP Chairman Brian Schimming.
