MADISON, Wis – Today, UW-Parkside Chancellor Debbie Ford announced today that she will be leaving the university to assume the leadership of Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, Indiana. Representative Greta Neubauer (D-Racine) released the following statement regarding the announcement:
“I want to sincerely thank and congratulate Chancellor Ford on her incredible tenure at UW-Parkside. Since her arrival, Chancellor Ford has invested in creating a vision for UW-Parkside that supported first generation students and helped encourage students to complete their degrees.
“Through her collaborative work with partners and the local community, Chancellor Ford has created lasting relationships that will help support future generations of scholars. I wish her the best as she embarks on this new endeavor.”
