Gov. Tony Evers announced this morning his budget will call for a series of changes to election laws, including automatically registering voters when they get driver's licenses and allowing clerks to begin canvassing absentee ballots the day before an election.
Evers' budget also will seek to overturn several changes to election laws Republicans approved while they had full control of the Capitol....
