Sen. Cabral-Guevara: Introduces state butterfly legislation

MADISON, WIS. — Senator Rachael Cabral-Guevara (R-Appleton) released the following statement after introducing Senate Bill 443, which makes the Monarch Wisconsin’s state butterfly.
