MADISON – Today, Rep. Jenna Jacobson (D-Oregon) and Sen. Mark Spreitzer (D-Beloit) introduced legislation with Representative Dave Considine (D-Baraboo) to create a refundable tax credit for beginning and existing farmers for the sale or lease of agricultural assets, including farmland.
