Sen. Cowles: Vital UW capital project funding signed into law

MADISON – Senator Robert Cowles (R-Green Bay) released the following statement after the Governor signed Senate Bill 895 into law as 2023 Wisconsin Act 102, directing funding to a series of capital projects at University of Wisconsin-System campuses, across the state:
