MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced Darlington resident Steve Hubner as the State Natural Areas Volunteer of the Year for 2024 for his nearly 40 years of volunteer work at many properties around the state, including Muralt Bluff Prairie State Natural Area.
