Gov. Evers: Appoints Kerry Kirn as Clark County Sheriff

MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers today appointed Kerry Kirn as Clark County Sheriff. The appointment fills a vacancy being created by Sheriff Scott Haines’ resignation.
