MADISON-The campaign to "(W)right the ship" at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction will continue after the Wisconsin Elections Commission voted unanimously Tuesday to dismiss a frivolous political complaint made on behalf of incumbent Jill Underly's flailing campaign.
