Madison, WI – Rep. Scott Allen (R-Waukesha), along with Rep. Tittl, have created an Assembly Resolution honoring Probation and Parole Agents across the State. July 21st-July 27th will mark the Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Agents Appreciation Week.
The Department of Corrections probation and parole agents have been serving Wisconsin since 1851. As of right now, those agents are currently guiding over 63,000 felons while also managing complex caseloads, collaborating with external stakeholders, and enhancing public safety through the successful reentry of clients.
“These are hardworking Wisconsinites whose everyday job is to serve and protect the people of Wisconsin.” Said Rep. Allen. “It’s a well-deserved appreciation.”
