CALEDONIA-Following is the statement of grassroots First Congressional District candidate Randy Bryce calling on incumbent Rep. Bryan Steil to address the ramifications of the Elon Musk-Donald Trump feud that is ongoing:
“Rep. Bryan Steil had nothing but praise when Donald Trump empowered Elon Musk to take a chainsaw to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. He was fine with Musk unlawfully trying to get access to the private data of Wisconsinites. Rep. Steil was plenty fine with Elon Musk dumping a quarter billion dollars into the last election to elect Republicans and Donald Trump. And he was fine when the richest man in the world called Social Security a “Ponzi scheme” that should be privatized.
“Rep. Steil, will you please clarify it for your constituents: Were you wrong about Elon Musk?”
