Wednesday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Governor Evers inappropriately used his partial veto authority last session on a bill that would have released the literacy education grant funding. The court ruling now opens the door for the $50 million that was included in the Act 20 Literacy legislation to be deployed.
