Madison – Representative Barbara Dittrich (R-Oconomowoc) issued the following statement regarding the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling in the case Kaul v. Urmanski:
“To no one’s surprise, the extreme leftist majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned standing law dating back to 1849. Sadly, most Wisconsinites want at least some limitations on abortions, and I have tried to meet the majority of people where they are at.
“Unfortunately, this ruling leaves Wisconsin with open season on unborn children.”
State Representative Barbara Dittrich (R- Oconomowoc) is in her fourth term in the Wisconsin State Assembly, now serving the 99th Assembly District which includes much of Waukesha County’s Lake Country Area as well as portions of Jefferson and Dodge Counties.
