MADISON, Wis. — After the Big Ugly Bill passed, WI-03 Congressman Derrick Van Orden made the implicit explicit by writing “YES!” in response to a tweet stating that Americans would lose health care and food assistance under the newly passed budget bill.

Van Orden may have tried to delete his moment of honesty, but not before the damage was done.
