Green Bay – On Monday, September 15 at 5:00 pm, the Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus and Legislative Hispanic Caucus are coming together to for a town hall in Green Bay to kick off the Black Caucus Statewide Listening Tour. The discussion will take place at Starz Barber & Beauty in Green Bay and will be hosted by State Rep. Amaad Rivera-Wagner (D-Green Bay). Originally scheduled to last until 7 pm, the time has been changed to accommodate participation in the community roundtable on GBAPS student safety measures at 6 pm at Preble High School.
