MADISON , Wis. – The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has appointed Jodi Jean Amble as the new Director of Marketing & Communications. In this role, Amble will lead marketing strategies and communications campaigns to advance affordable housing and economic opportunity across Wisconsin.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jodi to the team,” said Lori Buscaglia, Chief Communications Officer at WHEDA. “She has demonstrated success in strategic communications and mission-driven leadership, and her skill in translating complex topics into compelling stories will help strengthen how WHEDA connects with partners and communities statewide.”

Amble joins WHEDA after eight years at RENEW Wisconsin, where she served as Communications Director, Deputy Director, and, most recently, as Interim Executive Director. During her time at RENEW, she advanced brand development, policy communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies on complex statewide issues.

“I am honored to join this talented team at WHEDA and excited to share stories of communities strengthened by housing and opportunity,” Amble said. “My goal is to help ensure WHEDA’s programs and resources are clear and accessible while also highlighting the lasting difference they make for people across Wisconsin.”

With Amble stepping into the role, WHEDA will continue to strengthen its communications and outreach, building on a long tradition of service while embracing new opportunities to share stories of housing and economic growth.
