RICHMOND, VIRGINIA – State Navigate, a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Wisconsin, launched its features in its first swing state on October 4th, 2025. Acting as a “compass for state legislatures,” users across the country can now access an essential tool for navigating the landscape of Wisconsin’s state government. The organization aggregates, curates, and creates various forms of data on state legislatures nationwide. Its current features include:

  1. A live news aggregator on state government from newsrooms, blogs, and
    podcasts, organized by ideological leaning.
  2. Summaries of the vital statistics on each state legislative district across
Wisconsin, including precinct-level election results, pictures of the
incumbent and candidates, links to each candidate’s website, and demographic
rankings of each district by percentile compared to every other district in
the chamber (including race, education, income, birthplace, age groupings).

Wisconsin is the first state of “Phase III” of State Navigate’s development: its first three states in South Carolina, Virginia, and Utah were pilot states that helped shape the framework for future states.
