MADISON, Wis – On Tuesday, October 14th, Representative Joe Sheehan (D-Sheboygan) honored Sheboygan Police Department’s Sergeant Shannon McKay with the First Responder of the Year Award for Assembly District 26. Rep Sheehan released the following statement:

He has 24 years of service to the citizens of Sheboygan as an officer of the Sheboygan Police Department, and has been a shift lead for 12 of those years.
