This week the Wisconsin Assembly hosted the fourth biennial First Responder of the Year ceremony, and each Assembly District selected a first responder to receive the award. Representative Doyle had the following to say:
“I was honored to recognize Farmington Emergency Medical Team, Inc.’s President Mike Hesse as the First Responder of the Year for the 94th Assembly District. Mike started as an EMT in 1982, building the Farmington Emergency Medical Team, Inc. from the ground up, and instilling the team’s motto “We Volunteer Because We Care” in every new staff member and volunteer for the Team. Throughout his 40 plus years of service to our community he has consistently demonstrated his willingness to go above and beyond.
“Thank you, Mike Hesse, for your service to our community, and congratulations on receiving this award.”
