MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers today announced his appointment of Whitney Healy to the Outagamie County Circuit Court – Branch 1. The appointment will fill the vacancy being created by Judge Mark J. McGinnis’ resignation. Healy will complete a term ending July 31, 2027.
