Madison, WI – Yesterday, Senate Bill 437, affectionately referred to as Bubba’s Law, received a public hearing by the State Senate Committee on Mental Health, Substance Abuse Prevention, Children and Families. Connor Lonning and Tony Ayala, co-founders of Bubba’s Fund and loved ones of Charlie “Bubba” Lonning Weber traveled to Madison to testify in support of Bubba’s Law.
