STANLEY, WI – Today Trump Conservative Jessi Ebben’s congressional campaign announced she has been endorsed by former State Assembly Representative and Wisconsin DNR Secretary Dan Meyer. Meyer served 14 years (1999–2013) in the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 34th Assembly district, and previously was mayor of Eagle River from 1997 to 2001. In 2017 he returned to public service as Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in the cabinet of Governor Scott Walker.
In a statement, Dan Meyer said “Jessi Ebben understands what makes Wisconsin’s 7th District special: the Northwoods way of life and the local resorts, restaurants, and outfitters that depend on a strong outdoor economy. A Day 1 supporter of President Trump’s America First agenda, Jessi will fight to protect the Second Amendment, stand up for sportsmen and hunters, and support the ongoing effort to delist the gray wolf. That’s why Jessi Ebben has my full endorsement for Congress.”
