Powered by strong grassroots support, an average online donation of only $22, and without a dime in corporate PAC money, this fundraising surge reflects the immediate enthusiasm and strong coalition behind his people-powered campaign.

Governor Barnes has had a commanding lead in multiple early polls of the Democratic primary, with more than double the support of any other Democrat in the field, and beating both of the potential Republican nominees in a general election by a healthy margin. Since launch, Lt. Governor Barnes has been crisscrossing the state as part of his Wisconsin Way tour making over 15 stops to meet with voters, listen to their concerns about rising costs and share his vision on making Wisconsin more affordable for families.
