MADISON, Wis. – Judge Chris Taylor’s campaign for the Wisconsin Supreme Court will report raising more than $820,000 in the most recent reporting period. Since launching last May, the campaign has raised more than $3.4 million and has over $2 million cash on hand.

“Voters across Wisconsin know this election matters and they want a justice they can count on to protect their rights and freedoms,” said Chris Taylor for Justice Campaign Manager Ashley Franz. “Judge Chris Taylor has spent her career doing exactly that. We’ve seen right-wing billionaires pour money into Wisconsin Supreme Court races before, and there’s no question Maria Lazar will turn to those same donors to buy a seat on the Court. We’re prepared for that fight.”

Since launching her campaign for Wisconsin Supreme Court, Judge Taylor has received support from leaders across Wisconsin because of her commitment to be a fair and impartial member of the Court. She has earned the endorsements of over 100 current and retired judges as well as current Justices Jill Karofsky, Rebecca Dallet, Janet Protasiewicz, and Susan Crawford.

In the latest reporting period, Judge Chris Taylor’s campaign received contributions from more than 10,000 donors, with 68% coming from in-state contributors and an average donation of $77. Taylor did not receive any transfers from the Democratic Party of Wisconsin on this report.
