[Oshkosh, WI] — We EmpowHER is excited to announce the fourth annual Wisconsin HER Day, in collaboration with the Wisconsin Herd. This day is a transformative event dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and connecting women from across the state. What began as a small community gathering has grown into one of Wisconsin’s most impactful empowerment events. Wisconsin HER Day, hosted by nonprofit We EmpowHER, returns for its 4th annual conference, bringing together over 600 women and 150 teen girls from across Wisconsin for a powerful, FREE day of inspiration, education, and connection.
This year’s event marks a major milestone in growth and reach, featuring partnerships with the Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliate, and presenting sponsor BMO Harris Bank. Wisconsin HER Day has become a statewide platform where women and teen girls from diverse backgrounds come together to build confidence, gain tools for success, and feel supported in their personal and professional journeys.
“HER Day was created to remove barriers and open doors,” said Theresa Menting, Founder of We EmpowHER. “The fact that this event is free and now draws attendees from all over Wisconsin shows just how deeply this community needs and values connection, encouragement, and access to real resources.”
