SPOONER, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds the public of the fisheries management meeting set to occur online on Thursday, Feb. 26 to discuss the status and management of walleye in northwestern Wisconsin.  

Join DNR staff at 6 p.m. for a presentation on walleye stocking strategies, what makes good walleye habitat and the types of waterbodies where walleye do well.

These meetings allow the public to learn about game fish management and meet the DNR fisheries staff members working across Wisconsin.
