The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is conducting a public involvement meeting to discuss proposed pavement improvements on WIS 19 from the Maunesha River in Marshall to Palmer Street in Waterloo, Dane County.
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Marshall Elementary School – Library, 617 Madison Street, Marshall. The objective of this meeting is to familiarize the public with the purpose and need for the project and to obtain input on the proposed improvements.
This project will consist of a 4.3-mile mill and overlay of the pavement with upgrades to the curb ramps, guardrail and bridge work. Construction is anticipated for 2029.
