Recharge, renew and reconnect at this full day of events to restore energy, purpose and community with nonprofit professionals from throughout the region.

Green Bay, Wis.— The region’s largest annual gathering for nonprofit leaders is back and bigger than ever. The University of Wisconsin–Green Bay’s Nonprofit Conference will take place Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at a new venue: the Oneida Casino Hotel Conference Center in Green Bay. After selling out last year, the event is expected to once again draw hundreds of nonprofit professionals from UW‑Green Bay’s 16‑county region and throughout the state.

Registration is now open, and nonprofit leaders, board members, staff and volunteers are encouraged to secure their seats early as registration closes on March 27, 2026.

A Keynote Built for the Challenges Nonprofits are Facing Right Now

This year’s keynote speaker, Deborah Biddle—The People Culture Architect™ and founder of The People Company Consulting Group— will deliver a powerful and timely address titled: “No More Patch Jobs: Rebuilding Trust, Culture and Connection that Lasts.”

As nonprofits continue to navigate staffing shortages, rising community needs and increasing pressure on teams, Biddle challenges leaders to move beyond temporary fixes and quick solutions. Drawing from her book No More Patch Jobs, she will outline what sustainable leadership truly looks like—rooted in trust, empathy, clarity and long‑term cultural health.

Attendees will walk away with actionable tools and insights to strengthen their teams, re‑energize their organizations and refocus on mission-driven work.

Designed for Today’s Nonprofit Workforce

Participants will have access to a robust lineup of breakout sessions led by nonprofit experts, practitioners and thought leaders. Topics will explore some of the sector’s most pressing issues—from funding and fundraising strategies to leadership development, culture-building, operational efficiency and community impact.

Why Attend?

  • Grow skills needed to lead effectively during rapid change.
  • Reconnect with peers across the region’s nonprofit community.
  • Refuel your mission with fresh ideas and practical takeaways.
  • Rebuild organizational culture in ways that last.
