MADISON, Wis. — With less than two days until the Supreme Court election, voters across the Badger State are showing up to cast their ballots and get out the vote for Judge Chris Taylor. It’s already clear that voters have little interest in electing right-wing extremist Maria Lazar and want a fair and impartial justice, like Chris Taylor, on the bench. Energy is surging across the state for Chris Taylor, with Democrats, Independents, and moderate Republicans who are done with the GOP’s chaos campaign, wanting to ensure our rights are protected through 2030.

WISN: Supreme Court candidates face off in only debate, state party chairs respond

“Judge Chris Taylor proved that she is going to be an independent justice for everybody in Wisconsin,” Remiker said. “I think she did incredible in the debate and showing that she is truly going to ensure that Wisconsinites are safeguarded and our democracy is protected.”

Ahead of Tuesday’s election, Remiker said Democrats and Taylor are in a “strong position” to win.

“It doesn’t sound like Brian’s very optimistic about Tuesday,” Remiker said, sitting next to him. “He might be looking towards the fall already, and I think that is just because we are in such a strong position heading into election night.”

“We’re looking forward to victory Tuesday night,” he added.

Politico: A subdued Wisconsin Supreme Court race tilts Democrats’ way

Democrats are still eager to turn out their voters, looking for some way to communicate urgency in an environment where the majority isn’t at stake. Voters can’t rest on their laurels, Taylor said in an interview.

“The composition of this court can change very quickly because we have so many elections coming up,” she said. “So nobody should feel that this current majority is set in stone. It’s not. We have four elections after me.”

And few believe Tuesday’s election will project much about the state of the state later in November — or in two years when a presidential election roars through the battleground.

MeidasTouch: Trump gets HORRIBLE NEWS with SHOCK GOP POLL!!!!

“I have seen amazing things throughout the state of Wisconsin. People are organizing here. They are taking action to protect our democracy and our elections. From the tiniest little town, I was in a very rural county, Waupaca County, not too long ago, and there’s groups there organizing. Their group was just do something, and they are organizing to protect our democracy. So I’ve been totally inspired by the people of Wisconsin. I think we’re going to have a really healthy turnout on April 7, and you can early vote now, so that’s a really great thing. But people want government to have their backs. They want a court that cares about them and their rights. And that’s why I’m running.”

Scott MacFarlane Reports: TOP Dems DOUBLE DOWN on Epstein Files after Bondi Firing…

“We’ve seen retirements from Republicans who are in these incredibly hyper competitive districts, and they’re not retiring to run for higher office like they’ve done in the past. They’re retiring just to get out because they know they cannot win in maps that are now fair. You also have people like speaker Robin Vos, probably the most consequential Republican figure in modern GOP politics in Wisconsin, who retired, he’s had an iron fist on a pretty insane caucus for the past decade.  And when you look at the totality of that, when you look at the fact that the Wisconsin Republican Party here had 16 donors on their most recent filing report, 16 like the sweet 16, that is how many people donated to the Republican Party of Wisconsin. They are relying on a few billionaire donors, like the Uhlein’s, the Hendricks’, but they don’t even have the support of their grassroots anymore. They have a base that is so loyal to Trump and an electorate or a group of elected officials who are so loyal to Trump that they are just bleeding support across the board when people are seeing and feeling every single day just how disastrous these policies have been.”
