David Sanchez, Democratic Candidate for Assembly District 13, Announces Strong Early Support with $50,000 Raised and More Than 300 Signatures Collected
Wauwatosa, Wis. — Democratic candidate for Wisconsin’s 13th Assembly District David Sanchez announced today that his campaign has raised $50,000 in its first two months and collected more than 300 nomination signatures during the first 10 days of ballot access.
The early fundraising and grassroots support reflect growing momentum for Sanchez’s campaign across Wauwatosa, Elm Grove and Brookfield as voters look for practical leadership focused on affordability, strong public schools and responsive government.
“I’m grateful for the support our campaign has received from neighbors across the district,” Sanchez said. “People are ready for leadership focused on lowering costs, supporting great schools and making sure state government works for the communities it serves.”
Sanchez, a Wauwatosa resident, attorney and former Wisconsin Supreme Court law clerk, launched his campaign in February and has continued building support through direct voter outreach and neighborhood organizing throughout the district.
The campaign said its early success demonstrates broad enthusiasm for Sanchez’s message and a strong foundation heading into the August 11 primary and November general election.
