TOWN OF ELBA — Beef farmer and small business owner Nate Pollnow won the unanimous endorsement of delegates at the Republican Party of Wisconsin convention this weekend behind a promise of bringing greater transparency and accountability to Wisconsin state government. Pollnow’s plans include a website that will publish all state government activity in an easily understood format, and reforms to the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands to ensure the tens of thousands of acres of land owned by the state are managed appropriately.

“I want to thank the Republican delegates for their support, and look forward to working to earn the votes of all Wisconsinites, regardless of their politics,” Nate said. “If there’s one thing I’ve gotten good at after 40 years of raising cattle, it’s cleaning up the bull. As the next Secretary of State, I’ll clean up Madison, bring transparency to our government, and hold the politicians accountable.”

Nate and his wife Esther own and work a farm in the Town of Elba in Dodge County, where they raise their two children. In addition to working the farm, Nate runs an auctioneering business and travels around the state regularly to work auctions. More information can be found at NatePollnow.com.
